Monarch Ultrasound Studio offers optional 2D/3D/4D/HD ultrasound services. We’re able to capture realistic images and videos of your unborn baby to provide an intimate bonding experience for you and your loved ones. However, this appointment should not be used in place of a diagnostic medical ultrasound. Please notify us if you are carrying multiple so we can add more time to your appointment.

All of our ultrasounds are performed transabdominally—meaning the scan is done completely over your belly using warm ultrasound gel and a gentle hand-held wand. We do not offer internal or transvaginal scans

Double the babies means double the joy! Because scanning multiples requires extra time to capture clear, individual face shots, positions, and heartbeats for each baby, a $50 Multiples Add-On is applied to your session. This guarantees extra scan time, additional high-definition printouts, and full digital galleries for both of your little ones without ever feeling rushed.

While most insurance plans don’t cover these ultrasounds because they’re considered elective and performed only for you to bond with your baby, we’ve provided affordable packages designed to fit your needs!"

We understand that things happen and offer a 15-minute grace period if you’re running behind. Also, we’re flexible in rescheduling appointments to accommodate our clients.

Of course! We encourage you to bring your loved ones and support system to share in this extra special moment. We can accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably.

We understand that sometimes you just can't wait to see your little one, or you need immediate peace of mind. Because of the quick turnaround required to prepare the studio and secure our team, a $50 Priority Booking Premium will be applied to all same-day or appointments made with less thna 24 hours notice. No worries! If your baby is feeling shy, we’ll offer a complimentary re-scan to ensure you’re happy with your photos.

26-32 weeks is the time period when your baby’s features are most defined and when we’ll be able to capture the clearest photos. Please notify us if you are carrying multiple so we can add more time to your appointment.

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Monarch Ultrasound Studio, we hold your scheduled time specifically for you and your growing family. Because ultrasound appointments require dedicated time and preparation, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines to keep our studio running smoothly for everyone.

🕒 The 10-Minute Lateness Window

We understand that traffic and life happen! We offer a 10-minute grace period for all scheduled appointments.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late: To avoid delaying the families scheduled after you, we will not be able to start your session late. Instead, you will have the option to either wait for the next available opening later that day or reschedule for a future date.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations (24-Hour Notice)

If you need to move or cancel your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled time to make changes without any penalty.

• If you already paid a deposit: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance and your deposit will transfer completely to your rescheduled appointment. You will only owe your remaining balance at the time of your visit.

• If you do not give 24 hours' notice:‍ ‍A $25 rescheduling fee will apply to secure your new time slot.

Why this policy matters: Our goal is to give every family a relaxed, unhurried, and magical experience. By giving us advanced notice when plans change, you allow us to open that time slot up for another expectant mother.
